Delivery Information
UK Delivery
All Gift Cards fit inside a flat envelope: a standard charge of £1.50 is added per order.
All other items are sent as parcels: a standard charge of £2.50 is added per order.
UK orders of £30 and over are FREE DELIVERY
We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Fridays each week using First Class post. If your order is over £40 it will be sent by 1st Class Recorded Signed For post and will require a signature upon receipt.
The afternoon before your parcel is due to be delivered you will receive a Dispatch Notification via e-mail (this way you'll know when to look out for the postman!)

International Delivery
A standard charge of £6.50 is added per delivery address to European countries and £7.50 for the rest of the world.
The parcel will be sent using the Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ delivery service, which takes 3-7 days. It requires someone to sign for your parcel.
- This applies to orders up to 2kg. For anything over that amount we will contact you to discuss options and charges.
Cancellations
You have 7 days, from the day after that on which you place your order, in which you can cancel your order (unless the item has already been dispatched).

Returns
We hope that you will be excited and delighted with your order. We care very much about the products we sell and the service we offer. In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty or you wish to return it for any other reason, please follow the steps below:
Returns policy and making a return:
- You are entitled to a full refund if you contact us within 8 working days of receiving the parcel on: 0208 133 7123 Monday – Friday 9am-5pm or by email to: info@vividesigns.com
- Please notify us BEFORE sending the goods back.
- You have 28 days, from receipt of goods, in which to return your order complete and in a reasonable condition.
- You must NOT destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.
- Where possible we would ask that you return the item(s) with the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Please include with the returned goods your full contact details, a note stating the reason for return and specify any exchange you wish to make to replace the returned item.
- Please note that, with the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, we are not responsible for return postage.

We recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting in case for whatever reason the parcel(s) fails to reach us. - Refunds or exchanges will be made to you within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, as long as you have followed all of the procedures and timeframes above, conditional upon stock availability.
- Refunds will be made to your credit or debit card only, via our online payment facility.
